Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between your business and Pipeyield. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@pipeyield.com before you subscribe.

1. Who we are

Pipeyield ("Pipeyield", "we", "us") is operated by an individual business owner based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Full operator details are available on request.

2. The service

Pipeyield analyses exports you upload from Google Ads and from your CRM or lead spreadsheet. It matches leads to the keywords they came from and produces reports that show spend with no qualified leads and suggested changes.

The service is in early access. Today you upload exports yourself. Direct connections to Google Ads and HubSpot are planned. When they launch they are included in your plan at no extra cost, but we don't promise a launch date.

We aim to deliver your first report within 24 hours of a complete upload, and a refreshed report each time you upload new exports, up to every two weeks.

3. Business use only

Pipeyield is sold to businesses, not consumers. By subscribing you confirm that you use it for your business, that you are at least 18, and that you have authority to accept these terms for your company. "You" means that company.

4. Subscription, billing and renewal

• Price. The founding plan costs $149 per month. If you are one of our first 10 customers, that price is locked for 12 months from your start date while your subscription stays active. After that, we may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews every month and is charged automatically to the payment method you provided, until you cancel.
• Payments. Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles checkout, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, refunds and payment disputes. Its own terms apply to the payment transaction. We never see or store your full card details.
• Taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where required.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause access to new reports until it succeeds.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, from your billing portal or by emailing hello@pipeyield.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds and our promise

If your first report finds less than $300 a month of spend with zero qualified leads, we refund your first month. The calculation and how to claim are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your data

• You own your data. You give us permission to use the files you upload only to provide, secure and improve the service for you.
• Upload only what's needed. Remove names, email addresses, phone numbers and other personal details before you upload. Never upload sensitive data, such as health, financial account or government ID data.
• Your responsibility. You confirm you have the right to share the data you upload and that doing so complies with the law and your own commitments.
• Data protection. Where your uploads contain personal data, we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
• Deletion. Raw uploaded files are deleted within 7 days of the report they were used for. Keyword-level totals are kept while you subscribe so your dashboard can show progress, and are deleted within 30 days after your subscription ends. Deleted data leaves our backups within a further 7 days.
• Aggregated insights. We may use anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, your clients or any person (for example, average share of spend flagged across accounts) to improve the service.

8. Reports are recommendations

Reports are analysis and suggestions based on the data you upload. You decide which changes to make in your own accounts, and you are responsible for those changes and their results. Pipeyield does not access or change your Google Ads or CRM accounts. The accuracy of a report depends on the completeness of your tracking and exports. Apart from the promise in section 6, we don't guarantee any particular saving or result.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your login outside your company; resell or provide the service to third parties without our written consent; upload unlawful data or data you have no right to share; try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service; or use it to build a competing product.

10. Intellectual property

We own the Pipeyield software, website, brand and report formats. You may use your reports freely inside your business, including sharing them with your agency or consultants. You own your data and the decisions you make with it.

11. Third-party services

Google Ads, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Pipeyield is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

12. Changes to the service

We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance by email, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for any prepaid period.

13. Confidentiality

We treat your uploads and reports as confidential. We don't share them with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy that help us run Pipeyield, or where the law requires it.

14. Disclaimers

Apart from the commitments in these terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or advertising spend; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from data you uploaded without the right to do so, or from your breach of section 9.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms and don't fix the breach within 7 days of our notice, or immediately where needed to protect the service or other customers. If we end the service for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund any prepaid, unused period.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before starting any formal proceedings, both parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by email within 30 days. If that fails, the competent courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.

19. General

These terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum are the entire agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; for material changes we'll email you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect. Notices to you are sent to your account email.
