Refund and Cancellation Policy

Short version: if your first report finds under $300 a month of spend with zero qualified leads, or your exports can't produce a report, we refund your first month. You can cancel anytime.
1. Our promise
If your first report finds less than $300 a month of spend with zero qualified leads, we refund your first month in full.
How the number is calculated
- Cost per qualified lead = 90-day spend in the campaigns your leads were matched to ÷ leads from those campaigns that your sales team marked qualified.
- A keyword is "cut" when it spent more than 2× that cost per qualified lead in the 90 days and produced zero qualified leads.
- Waste per month = 90-day spend on "cut" keywords ÷ 3.
- Keywords marked "watch" are not counted.
- If your account has no qualified leads at all, there is no baseline. Your report becomes a tracking report, and the refund applies.
How to claim
Email hello@pipeyield.com within 14 days of receiving your first report. No forms, and no need to argue: the figure is printed in your report. You keep the report.
2. Other refunds
- Your data can't produce a report: if your exports can't be matched to keywords or campaigns, or your sales team doesn't mark leads qualified or rejected, we refund your first month in full.
- We couldn't deliver: if we don't deliver your first report within 7 days of a complete upload for reasons on our side, we refund your first month.
- Charged in error: duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
- Service ended by us: if we stop the service, we refund any prepaid, unused period.
3. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing hello@pipeyield.com. Cancelling stops the next monthly renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Apart from the cases above, we don't refund partial months.
4. How refunds are paid
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
